Short Description: Loud, bustling roastery with excellent coffee and lots of seating.

Long Description: The cafe space feels a little bit like a classroom, since all of the tables and chairs appear to be leftover desks. The wall is decorated with a green chalkboard menu and map of the world. In the corner, a cabinet filled with various antique coffee equipment. In the back, a man wearing sound cancelling ear-muffs tends to their roasting machine. I enjoy the gritty, hands-on atmosphere of this cafe. I get the sense that the coffeehouse takes pride in its product, and the drip coffee I’m currently drinking is nutty, dynamic, and full-bodied. It’s a nice little refuge in a quiet neighborhood, and I definitely come here for a morning pit-stop for a quality coffee experience.
